All GJS Chikankari orders are carefully packed and dispatched directly from our facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Please allow 2 business days for our team to process and prepare your handcrafted items for shipment after your order is confirmed.

We do not maintain our own in-house delivery fleet. To ensure your orders reach you safely across India, we partner with reliable third-party shipping and courier services.

Shipping and delivery charges are not fixed by GJS Chikankari. Because we utilize third-party couriers, all shipping costs are calculated and levied strictly according to the rates provided by these service partners. These charges are determined based on the delivery destination, package weight, and dimensions, and will be communicated to you during the checkout or order confirmation process.

Estimated delivery times depend entirely on the specific third-party courier handling your package and your location. While we do our best to ensure prompt dispatch from our Chennai hub, GJS Chikankari cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or local logistical issues.
