Refund Policy

Return Policy & Store Credit

  • No Cash Refunds: Please note that we do not offer direct monetary refunds (no cash, bank transfer, or UPI refunds) for returned items.

  • Store Credit Only: All approved returns will be compensated entirely in the form of Store Credit, which you can apply toward any future purchase with us.

  • 2-Day Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 2 days of the delivery date. Return requests placed after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the garment must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging fully intact.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping (Within 1 Day): You may cancel your order free of charge, provided the cancellation request is made within one (1) day of placing the order and before the order has been dispatched from our Chennai facility. If any pre-payment was made, you will receive full store credit.

  • After Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, or if you refuse the package at the time of delivery, a cancellation fee will apply. The total delivery and shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit total to cover the courier costs.

To initiate a return or cancel an order, please contact our team immediately with your Order ID and the reason for your request:

Receiving Your Store Credit

Once your returned item is received at our facility and passes our quality inspection, we will issue your Store Credit within 3 business days. We will notify you via email or phone with your unique store credit code and instructions on how to use it.
